Chidi joined the ICRC in 2009 as Executive Director of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Resource Department, setting up this division from scratch. He was responsible for catalysing public and private expertise and resources towards putting in place a PPP pre-contract regulatory framework and guidelines for driving the preparation and development phase of federal PPP projects. During his time in this role, the ICRC was declared the African PPP Champion for 2010. Chidi left the post in June 2016, when he was made Executive Director of the Support Services Department.

Mike is Director of the PPP Resource Department, where he is responsible for catalysing public and private expertise and resources towards the structuring and development of federal PPP projects that are bankable and yield value for money for Nigerians. From 2008-15 he headed the commission’s Legal and Governance Unit, which provides informed legal advice and opinions to various departments and units. From 2015 to June 2016 he was Director of the Contract Compliance Department. Before he joined the ICRC he was Team Leader in the Executive Unit at the Debt Management Office, where he had various responsibilities, including participation in bilateral negotiations and managing projects for DFID support programmes. Mike’s first and second degrees are in law, from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and Edo State University, Ekpoma, respectively.

BITUMENA is the exclusive technology and licensee of Total Styrelf Polymer Modified Bitumen in the Gulf Co-operation Council (GCC) states. With its six-plant expansion plan, BITUMENA aims to become the regional leader in value-added bituminous products for the road and waterproofing industries. Dhruv has a degree in economics from Canada’s Laurentian University.
