Andrew Little is Vice President of Supply and Logistics of AmeriGas Propane. AmeriGas is the largest propane retailer in the U.S., with sales of over 1bn gallons annually and operations in all 50 states. In his position, he oversees propane supply contract negotiation, execution of risk management transactions, safe and efficient operation of logistical assets—storage terminals, truck fleet and railcar fleet – to keep retail locations supplied, and wholesale product marketing. Andy previously held the position of Director of Region Operations for the Central U.S. (from 2013-2018). Prior to this, he served as an Area Director in Michigan from 2012 to 2013, and Director of Business Services in Westlake, Ohio from 2007 to 2012. Andy joined AmeriGas in 2005 as a Project Manager. Andy served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force (specializing in communications) following college. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in business administration, and earned a Master of Science in Administration degree from Central Michigan University.

Phillip has been with Savage since 2012 where he joined to lead business development efforts with crude-by-rail (CBR) projects in the Oil and Gas Midstream Solutions group. Since joining Savage, he has been involved with a wide range of rail-centric projects from the CBR terminal operations to Savage’s CBR unit train terminal in Trenton, ND. In his current role, he has continued business development of rail-related projects through obtaining large-scale switching operations, multi-commodity transload terminals, implementing creative supply chain solutions and acquisition support. Phillip is a board member for National Freight Transportation Association and represents Savage as the Chair of the API Rail Subcommittee, where he works with the team to help shape tank car safety and other petroleum-by-rail related issues. Prior to joining Savage in 2012, Phillip spent 16 years with BNSF where he led a team as Director of Business Development in the crude-by-rail group. Before his role as Director with BNSF, he held a wide range of roles from Operations to Marketing and Sales. Phillip obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from University of Phoenix and his MBA from Regis University.

Prior to joining BP in 2010, Craig was a senior partner at the international energy consulting firm of Purvin & Gertz for 18 years. Craig joined Purvin & Gertz in 1993 and headed the company’s LPG consulting practices in Latin America and Southeast Asia, and is well known for his analysis of North American NGL markets. Craig is an expert in international LPG markets, having conducted and led consulting assignments in 49 different countries during his 18-year tenure at Purvin & Gertz. He was also very instrumental at growing Purvin & Gertz market forecasting services as founder and Senior Editor of Purvin & Gertz’ North America NGL Market Outlook, Global LPG Market Outlook and Latin America LPG Market Outlook multi-client studies for many years.Immediately prior to his employment with Purvin & Gertz, Craig was President of Bonner & Moore Market Consultants, an international energy-consulting firm headquartered in Houston, TX. During his career he has served as chief executive of several energy firms in the LPG business, including BruinGas, Inc., Trio Energy Company, Trio Chemical Company and Aero Energy, Inc.
