Greg Dolan has held a variety of senior management positions with the Methanol Institute over the past 23 years. In June 2014, he was appointed as permanent CEO of the global methanol industry trade association, after serving as Acting CEO for four years. Mr. Dolan manages MI’s offices in Washington, Singapore, Brussels and Beijing, while directing international governmental relations, media relations, public education and outreach efforts. He has presented papers on methanol-related topics at over 100 international conferences, authored magazine articles, and written book chapters on the methanol industry. Mr. Dolan came to MI after spending a decade in a variety of public information positions in New York State, including the Department of Environmental Conservation, the Department of Transportation, and the Energy Research and Development Authority. Mr. Dolan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Boston University, and did extensive post graduate work in Political Communication at the State University of New York-Albany.

He led over 20 plant start-ups across the globe in a wide range of industries from oil & gas refining, petrochemicals, biofuels, process minerals and metallurgy. Jason has been involved in methanol marine fuels since its initial commercialization, including the Stena Germanica ferry conversion to methanol in 2015, and Waterfront Shipping’s adoption of methanol-fueled ocean tankers that were first delivered in 2016. Mr. Chesko currently vice-chairs the Methanol Institute’s Global Marine Fuels Committee, was the former Chair of the Methanol Institute’s Global Vehicle Fuels Committee, and he sits on various other industry committees. Based in Vancouver, Canada, Mr. Chesko has been with Methanex since 2002. Prior to his current role, Mr. Chesko led Methanex’s Investor Relations function and held positions in Corporate Development, where he worked on various growth projects and new business initiatives. Mr. Chesko graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce and completed an MBA degree at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. Beau is also instrumental interfacing with the executive and legislative branches of the federal government. Beau recently joined MP after serving as Director of Business and Government Relations for Conrad Shipyards since 2016. There Mr. Berthelot lead business development efforts in providing marine solutions using alternative fuels and hybrid propulsion technologies. Beau’s previous experience includes positions as General Counsel for a marine engineering firm and as a practicing attorney.
