Anthony is Managing Director at ING Wholesale Banking, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Within Wholesale Banking he is the Global Lead of Commodities and Head of TCF Netherlands. ING’s TCF activities span eight offices, with 210 front-office employees around the world in Amsterdam, Geneva, New York, Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires, Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai. Its core activity is the development and marketing of ING activities and products to companies engaged in the origination, primary processing, distribution/logistical handling and trading of commodities. Anthony has worked for ING Bank since 1994 in various commercial and risk positions. Starting in 1994 in ING’s aircraft leasing subsidiary, he moved to the credit restructuring department (problem loans) in 1998 and then worked in ING’s London office from 2002 to 2004. After returning to the Netherlands, Anthony joined the Amsterdam TCF team as Relationship Manager, where he was responsible for a portfolio of large commodity clients. In 2007 he moved into a managerial position, with his responsibilities over the years expanding to London, Rotterdam, Latin America and Geneva. He was appointed Deputy Global Head in 2008 and Global Lead in January 2014. Anthony also sits on the board of Vakt Holdings, an energy blockchain company co-founded by ING, other banks, oil trading companies and oil majors. He has a degree in Economics from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands.

He has spent more than 20 years at Mol holding several positions, including Expert and Senior Expert in fuel product value chain performance monitoring, logistics tendering and wholesale marketing. He led the firm’s oil derivatives trading, building it up from scratch, and was then responsible for short and long-term product price and crude oil spread forecasts. He currently directs the fuel wholesale strategy for various countries and is also responsible for Mol’s motor fuel portfolio.

Chris was previously editor of the daily European Products report, which publishes price assessments used in physical and derivative indexation for the European gasoline markets, among others. Chris graduated in English literature at the University of Kent. Before joining Argus, Chris worked for other media organisations, including energy price reporting service Platts, where he headed up the European products team in London, before moving to New York to manage the coverage of US markets.

Sean leads analysis and modeling of U.S. crude oil, refined petroleum products, and biofuels markets for EIA’s monthly Short-Term Energy Outlook forecast. Sean has worked in petroleum market analysis for EIA since 2006 where he has worked on refinery modeling for the Annual Energy Outlook, policy analysis on programs such as the Renewable Fuel Standard and California Low-Carbon Fuel Standard, and has been a regulator contributor to EIA’s Today in Energy and This Week in Petroleum publications.
