Prior to joining the Institute, Frank had a successful career at Union Tank Car Company where he held various positions including Chief Engineer and Director, Shop Operations. Frank earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering Degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology, a Masters Degree in Management from Purdue University and is a registered Professional Engineer.”

George Eisenhauer is Editor, Chlor-Alkali, Americas, based in Boston. He joined Argus to establish the new Argus Chlor-Alkali and Derivatives service and provide consulting expertise for chlor-alkali, vinyls and caustic soda clients and single- and multi-client studies. Prior to joining Argus, George worked at IHS in the Chlor-Alkali and Vinyls group where he supported the weekly chlor-alkali publication and the monthly and annual products. He began his professional career at Union Carbide as a process/project engineer supporting a number of plants, including ethylene oxide, oxide derivatives, olefins, acrolein, acrylic acid and infrastructure. When Dow Chemical acquired Union Carbide, he directed projects for polypropylene plants at Seadrift and Freeport, Texas. George has an MBA from Rice University and a BSc in chemical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Megan is highly skilled in commercial negotiation, supply chain management, category strategy development, and project management. Prior to her time in Global Procurement, she worked as an analytical chemist at ADM’s James R. Randall Research Center. Megan is a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) and earned her B.S. in Chemistry from Southern Illinois University. She is based in Decatur, IL.

Gerry Colamarino is currently the Managing Director of TiPMC Solutions LLC, specializing in consulting activities within the TiO2 value chain, including feedstock, pigment, metals, and chemicals He has over 30 years of international experience within the chemical, mining, and energy industries, having had multiple professional and leadership positions within DuPont Titanium Technologies, the world’s largest TiO2 producer, as well as Iluka Resources, and Bloom Energy’s Strategic Materials organization. Gerry’s experiences include business management positions for DuPont’s Zircon, Titanium Intermediates, and Electrical Insulation Systems businesses. Serving as the Product Manager for Titanium for Iluka Resources, he led the program to create new products, optimizing existing resources and mineral processes, leading to two new products and Millions USD new sales. He has led numerous strategic initiatives and studies, creating the business plan for Bloom Energy’s Strategic Materials, the roadmap and commercial structure for new beneficiation technology, and product development and launch for multiple businesses. He has multiple accomplishments in operations optimization and project management, including significant cost and working capital improvements while managing DTT’s complex feedstock supply chain. In 2014, Gerry founded TiPMC Solutions LLC. TiPMC combines industry expertise with financial and technical analyses to deliver critical information to leading decision makers via seminars, webinars, and publications. We contribute to client successes by providing business and operations optimization consulting. He lives outside Wilmington, DE in Landenberg, PA with his wife Lee and two children, Anna and Jack.
