Mike is Director of the PPP Resource Department, where he is responsible for catalysing public and private expertise and resources towards the structuring and development of federal PPP projects that are bankable and yield value for money for Nigerians. From 2008-15 he headed the commission’s Legal and Governance Unit, which provides informed legal advice and opinions to various departments and units. From 2015 to June 2016 he was Director of the Contract Compliance Department. Before he joined the ICRC he was Team Leader in the Executive Unit at the Debt Management Office, where he had various responsibilities, including participation in bilateral negotiations and managing projects for DFID support programmes. Mike’s first and second degrees are in law, from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and Edo State University, Ekpoma, respectively.

Ed joined African Infrastructure Investment Managers (AIIM) in 2014 and currently focuses on business development in east and southern Africa, as well as spearheading AIIM’s efforts to develop a pan-African ports and logistics platform. Prior to AIIM, Ed was executive director in the Advisory and Infrastructure Finance group at Standard Chartered Bank, where he completed a range of financing and advisory assignments across multiple emerging markets and industry sectors. He was previously employed by Deloitte as a consulting actuary to various European financial services groups. Ed currently serves as a director on the boards of African Ports & Corridors Holdings, DSM Corridor Group and Central African Corridor Company and was previously a director on the board of Cenpower Generation Company.

Frank has worked in specialities — bitumen and sulphur — for more than 20 years. He has worked in various roles and has led the European Technical team at Shell since 2011. During this time he has been a presenter at numerous national and international conferences and published articles about how to reuse asphalt, how to decrease asphalt temperature during manufacturing, transporting and paving, heavy duty asphalt pavements, polymer-modified bitumen, Crumb Rubber Modified Bitumen, coloured asphalt and so on. As part of his role Frank is actively shaping Shell’s global research and development programme and implementing it into local markets. Frank is not only a member of the technical committee of Eurobitume — the European Bitumen association — but also of several research groups in Europe.

Before joining Argus, Keyvan spent 10 years as a Senior Energy Correspondent with Reuters news agency in London before it was merged to form Thomson Reuters. At Reuters, Keyvan reported on physical and swaps markets for the full spectrum of oil products and led a team of products reporters. He previously reported on the petrochemicals and oil products markets at the London office of Dow Jones.
